By placing an order with SwiftLand you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Pricing and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay, plus any shipping costs displayed at checkout.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.
Stock availability
Stock levels can change between order and fulfilment. If an item becomes unavailable we'll contact you and offer an alternative or a refund.
Delivery
SwiftLand currently ships within Australia. Orders may be fulfilled directly by approved fulfilment partners, and processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product and fulfilment location. Any timeframes given are estimates, not guarantees. Applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address supplied.
Returns
SwiftLand does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact SwiftLand at gameready8888@gmail.com before returning an item, as the return process and destination may depend on the product and fulfilment partner.
Product information
We aim to describe products and colours accurately, but screen colours vary and manufacturers occasionally change specifications without notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
